Drunk assaulted paramedic

by isleofman.com 4th June 2008
Sentence on a 20-year old man who hit a woman paramedic has been adjourned by the High Bailiff for reports.

Ross Berry from Warrington admitted assault and being drunk and incapable.

He was found drunk on a bank near the former Lancashire Hotel in Santon late at night on March 28, with his legs sticking out on to the road.

When an ambulance arrived he became agitated and swung out at a female paramedic.

He later told police he did not know how he got to Santon, and was disgusted with himself.

Berry was bailed to appear again on June 24.
