Scholarship winner back home

An unforgettable experience.

That’s how an Isle of Man student has described the past nine months.

Twenty-one year-old Natalie Evans has just returned to the Island from the University of Idaho in America after being awarded the Ella Olesen Scholarship.

The scholarship is the legacy of Miss Olesen, a former registrar of the university with Manx ancestry.

Natalie (pictured) who's from Colby and attended Castle Rushen High School, says lifelong friendships have been forged:
