Crowds are expected to flock to Laxey this afternoon (Thurs) for the Laxey Bike show.
The BBC's Hairy Bikers will be guests at the event on Laxey Promenade, which been organised by the Moddey Dhoo Motorcycle Club, along with Laxey Traders and Laxey Commissioners.
As well as exhibiting bikes in a wide range of classes, the show will feature a wing-walking display, a sidecar trial on the beach at low tide and there’ll be the chance to win a John McGuinness replica bike in aid of the Joey Dunlop Foundation.
After the success of last year, Moddey Dhoo chairman Andy Scullard (pictured) hopes locals and visitors turn up and join in!
The free-to-enter event runs from midday until around eight o’clock.
