A housing 'time bomb' is ticking away in the Isle of Man which could hit the poorest in society, if the Manx economy falters.
That warning from the Celtic League, which says the needs of first-time buyers and those who have to rent their homes, are being forgotten as the Island's economy booms.
The first government-commissioned homeless shelter has been given the go-ahead this week - and already there are predictions the facility will be over-subscribed.
