Heroin warning

by isleofman.com 11th June 2008
The Police have issued a warning about the quality of a batch of illicit heroin presently being supplied on the island.

Officers say that in addition to what they call 'the obvious health implications' of using drugs, the batch of illegal drug could cause more serious damage and is potentially lethal.

Anyone with information about the drug is asked to contact the Drug Trafficking Unit at Police Headquarters, Douglas on 631212.

Any member of the community who needs information regarding the use of heroin can also contact the Drug and Alcohol Team on 617889.
