An RNLI fund raiser on a 1,600 mile round tour of Britain will be calling in to Douglas later this week.
Paul Churchley is raising funds for the organisation and promoting the 'Train One, Save Many' campaign, and while he is here he will talk to boat owners about all aspects of safety at sea.
He is also testing the organisation's 'MOB Guardian' man overboard and vessel alerter system, which uses satelitte technology to provide precise locations of vessels which get into difficulties.
