Bucks Road incident - update

Two men were in custody today, following an incident on Saturday night in which another man received serious injuries.

It happened in Bucks Road, near the Islander Chippy, at about 10.20pm.

A stretch of road between Kensington Road and Christian Road, was closed to the public while police carried out enquiries.

It was re-opened around 2.20pm on Sunday.
