AXA force team ready for action

by isleofman.com 20th June 2008
Staff at AXA Isle of Man will today start work on the latest in a long line of projects they have undertaken for worthy causes.

The 2008 challenge is being called 'AXA Force', in homage to the Ground Force television programme, and will involve the creation of what's called a 'unique sensory garden' for the Manx Foundation for the Physically Disabled.

It will be constructed over two days, today and tomorrow, at the charity's new headquarters at the former Noble's Hospital.

Staff will work on the project in shifts with the aim of providing 'a stimulating and sustainable garden to benefit the physically disabled for years to come.'
