Governor praises her new prison

The governor of the Isle of Man's new prison at Jurby believes it can help reduce the number of re-offenders.

Alison Gomme says the facilities on offer will give staff there greater scope for rehabilitating prisoners.

And she is full of praise for the design - a central hub with the wings radiating out from it (audio file attached):
