Motivating staff to party

HSBC Securities Services has held a special party to thank five employees for the contribution they have made, working a combined total of 50 years for the firm.

The bank says the celebration of success underlines the bank’s serious commitment to retaining and developing staff.

More than 25 per cent of HSS’ staff in the Isle of Man have been with the company for longer than 10 years.

Caroline Cornish, head of HSS in the Isle of Man, believes ‘everyone has milestones in their life and work, so it is important to mark the occasion and take the time to really appreciate their achievements.’
