by isleofman.com 27th June 2008
Four men will appear in court in Douglas on Saturday morning charged with drug offences.

It follows an incident in Willaston Crescent on Thursday afternoon, in which a number of arrests were made.

After the arrests police said a quantity of a Class A drug had been seized.

No details of the alleged offences have been given, but police say the charges have been brought under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

In an unrelated incident officers arrested four other people, and seized ?18,000 worth of cocaine, at a house in Governor's Hill last weekend.

They have been questioned and released on police bail.
