Drugs raid finds ?22,000 of cocaine

Four men will appear in court today (Wednesday) after a drugs raid netted ?22,000 worth of cocaine.

It was seized by police following a house raid in Willaston last Thursday.

20 year-old Paul James Cross, and 21 year-old Robert Kenneth Beardmore, both of Wallasey in Merseyside, are charged with possessing cocaine with intent to supply and being concerned in the importation of drugs.

20 year-old Jamie Mark Smith, of Foxglove Close, Abbeyfields, is charged with the same offences as is 18 year-old Steven Westley Johnston, of Cronk-y-Berry in Douglas.

He’s also accused of being concerned in the importation of drugs and possessing drugs.
