Middle River dispute resolved

The issue of who's in charge of the Middle River Civic Amenity Site has been resolved following a long-running dispute.

Arguments over whether the operator had been given valid notice or not over the end of its contract have rumbled on for months.

But Terry Murtagh Senior, of Tel's Limited, says an agreement has been reached with the Department of Local Government and the Environment and his firm will move out at the end of the month.

Mr Murtagh has this message for the Manx public:
