Fairtrade status - much work ahead

The Isle of Man is being congratulated for achieving Fairtrade status, but is also being warned the work has just begun.

A 'Fairtrade Island' certificate was handed over to Chief Minister Tony Brown at St John's today, which Bruce Baker, a senior representative from the organisation, says is a good first step.

However, that status has to be renewed in a year's time, and he says there is much work to be done:
