There’s hope a threat of legal action from an Island restaurateur against a local website will be resolved.

Appetite magazine and website has an online database where readers can vote for Island eating places and leave comments for others to see.

Editor Gordon Lloyd-West says a company has complained, not because negative comments were published, but because its trading name was used (audio file attached):
