Group calls for Langness action

A pressure group battling over access to Langness says it’s disappointed the issue still hasn’t been decided by Tynwald.

Yesterday Michael MHK David Cannan told the court negotiations with landowners were ongoing and the issue would hopefully be resolved at October’s sitting.

But Public Rights of Way Langness says it’s unacceptable to delay further.

It says a clear timetable should be set for a public inquiry if that would end the wrangling.
