Dozens of young farmers and their supporters are getting to work on painting a huge slogan in a field in East Baldwin today (Sunday).
Armed with rollers, brushes and hundreds of gallons of paint, they'll be daubing the words 'Thanx for Choosing Manx' in letters 120 feet high!
The message comes from the 'I Love Manx' campaign - to thank the public for buying local produce.
The slogan will be visible from the Mountain Road - on a prominent east-facing field.
Angela Teare and Graham Crowe from the National Farmers Union are hoping the slogan will not be washed away by the rain too soon - so it has maximum impact (audio file attached):
