by isleofman.com 31st July 2008
Anyone who saw an incident in Governor's Hill in Onchan yesterday evening is being asked to tell police what they saw.

At about 5pm a van was stationary on the junction of Hailwood Avenue.

A boy of 12 was riding a black BMX pushbike on the pavement.
He came off the pavement and collided with the van, falling onto the road.

It is not known whether this boy suffered any injuries.

If you saw anything, please help the police.
