A man charged with making threats to kill or cause serious injury has been granted bail by the High Bailiff following a further court appearance.

Forty-eight-year-old Richard Alan Kewley, of no fixed abode, must reside at David Gray House as a condition and observe an 8pm to 8am curfew.

In addition, Mr Kewley has to cooperate with any programmes designed to help him.

He's due to appear in court again on September 2nd.
