Isle of Man gets positive U.S. publicity

by isleofman.com 1st August 2008
The Isle of Man has been featured in an American newspaper in North Carolina. It's thanks to a 14 year old visitor to Manx shores.

Georgia Wedgwood, who is from the State, visited the Island with her family in June.

She invites readers to 'find peace and paradise' on the Isle of Man, which she describes as a 'must see destination for anyone who likes history, beautiful and diverse scenery, stunning wildlife or just having fun'.

The article is in the Burlington Times News.

Georgia writes regularly in the ‘Teens Columns’ of the paper and won a ‘Best Monthly Column’ award prior to writing the piece on the Isle of Man.
