Protect your children, expose them to germs

When it comes to tackling germs in your home there is such a thing as too clean, which is bad for your children's health.

Dudley Rogg, who's Clinic Director at the British Hernia Centre in London, says it's essential for youngsters to be exposed to bacteria as they grow up, so they develop healthy immune systems.

And he believes our modern fear of bugs and germs has led to an increase in the number of allergy sufferers: (audio clip attached)
