Police are appealing for witnesses to an unprovoked assault which left a family badly shaken.
A taxi was damaged in the incident, which happened at the taxi rank next to the Villa Marina Colonnade.
Police are looking for a man described as over 6ft tall and of slim build.
He was wearing a grey woolly hat, dark jeans and a dark striped jumper.
The incident happened around 12.20am on Sunday, July 27.
