Major works are continuing to ensure the Tower of Refuge stands firm well into the future.
Workmen have been on site since June, re-pointing and weather-proofing the famous landmark at a cost of ?40,000.
A new slipway has made it much easier for the restoration team to land their boats, and designs for lighting, suitable for the historic monument, have been drawn up.
