Tax guidance note

by isleofman.com 6th August 2008
The Income Tax Division has released a new guidance note covering the attribution regime for individuals.

Officials say the new regime applies to all residents with an interest in a relevant company.

The new guidance note sets out how attributed income from some companies is taxed, and removes the corporate veil for income tax purposes.

For more details, and for a full copy of the note, you can access the government’s website (gov.im).
