DoT worker bailed

A DoT worker charged with manslaughter has been bailed until a further court appearance next month.

62 year-old Brian Phillip Tomlinson, of Ballagarey Road, Glen Vine, is accused of manslaughter by gross negligence.

It's in connection with a fatal crash on the Mountain Road in May last year.

Mr Tomlinson's advocate said he'd be seeking counsel.

Jane Hughes, who appeared on behalf of the Attorney General, said she'd be doing the same.

They both sought an adjournment, which was granted by High Bailiff Michael Moyle, who bailed the defendant until September 2nd
