The mother of a new-born baby boy, whose body was found in the former Nurses' Home in Douglas, 19 years ago this week, is being urged by police to come forward.
Police now have a DNA profile of the child, and will be using some of the latest scientific techniques to help solve the mystery surrounding those involved in the death.
Among other things they are considering 'a targeted mass DNA screening'.
