Attempted murder charges man in court

A 22 year-old Douglas man has appeared in court on three charges of attempted murder.

Gary King of Marathon Road is accused of a total of ten offences, all allegedly committed against the same person.

The attempted murder charges relate to a period between the September 9 and 12 last year.

Mr King is further charged with four counts of assault causing actual bodily harm, three of them during the same period last September.

He also faces two charges of making threats to kill between September last year and January 2008.

He was remanded in custory until next Tuesday.
