Taste Isle of Man proving beneficial

A more enjoyable experience for locals and visitors alike.

That’s the potential benefits of a pilot scheme for Island food outlets, so says Tourism Minister Adrian Earnshaw.

Taste Isle of Man was launched by the Department of Tourism earlier this year with 30 establishments - restaurants, pubs, cafes and take-aways - signing up to take part.

Mr Earnshaw says the assessment criteria includes the general appearance of the premises, standard of service, presentation, food quality and cleanliness (audio file attached):
