Speculation about ministerial changes

There's speculation regarding the Chief Minister's decision to swap the Ministers for Home Affairs and Tourism.

Tony Brown says the change will give Adrian Earnshaw and Martyn Quayle a wider view of government.

Trade Unionist and political activist Bernard Moffatt thinks it was unusual for the announcement to have been kept so quiet.

He also questions Mr Brown's justification for the move (audio file attached):
