Youth centre for Anagh Coar?

Could a youth and community centre be developed in South Douglas?

That’s certainly the hope of an MHK for the area and his wife.

Bill and Carol Malarkey, who’s a councillor for Hills Ward, have submitted proposals in principle to develop on land, owned by Douglas Corporation, adjacent to the Anagh Coar stores car park and public house.

Mr Malarkey (pictured) believes with proper support, such a facility would benefit the whole community:
