The day has finally arrived for more than 300 Island students anxiously awaiting their A-Level results.
Students from the Island’s five secondary schools and the Isle of Man College will collect their all-important envelopes later this morning (Thursday) with the majority hoping to secure the university place of their choice, or get a foot on the career ladder.
The standard of GCSE and A-level results has been rising for the past 20 years.
Last year, the Island’s A level pass rate was 96.1%, the third highest ever achieved.
