Work smarter, not harder, vows DHSS

Plans are afoot to try and further improve the DHSS by surveying those who work at the "coal face" of the service.

It follows on from the recent public meetings held around the Island when people got the chance to have their say on the department's future.

Chief Operating Officer Lesley Keenan (pictured) says they're looking to find ways of working smarter, not harder (audio file attached):
