Considering a Gap year?

After the second highest set of A-level results ever recorded in the Island, students are now pondering their next move.

However, while university or getting a foot on the career ladder are the favoured options, a number are considering deferring their studies and taking a gap year.

Gap year specialist Celia Pronto says employers and universities do recognise them highly and that gap years appeal to many (audio file attached):
