Drugs with an approximate Isle of Man street value of ?5,000 were recovered during two separate operations on Friday.
A significant amount of cash was also recovered.
Two men and two women were arrested in Douglas and Onchan.
A 37 year-old woman from the south of the Island will appear in court in September, whilst a 51 year-old man, a 25 year-old man and a 22 year-old woman have been released on police bail pending further inquires.
The operation, which was carried out by uniform officers from both the Douglas and Onchan neighbourhood Policing Teams, has been hailed a great success.
