Drink and drug education works - claim

Educating youngsters in the Isle of Man about the dangers of abusing drugs and alcohol is working.

Director of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Research Margaret O'Reilly says those who criticise the government's strategy don't take into account everything that is being done.

Mrs O'Reilly (pictured) says it's a complex area to work in and requires sensitive handling.

She says for those who are working hard, the negative feedback is disappointing:
