Interruption to TV Service

Terrestrial TV channels in the Isle of Man are due to be off-air for up to four hours this Saturday.

Contractors are working on the Douglas transmitter in advance of the Digital switch-over.

That means you won't be able to receive BBC 1 and 2, ITV and Channel 4 - except via satellite TV.

The work is weather dependent - and could take place anytime between 9 and 5 on Saturday.

There could also be a shorter shut-down on Sunday.
