Laughology workshop next month

A local girl is bringing back some laughter to the Isle of Man.

Stephanie Davies is the Director of Laughology, a company she founded with the aim of using humour to improve health and well-being.

The Manx mental health charity Service Users' Network will be holding a Laughology workshop next month.

It's open to anyone, and will be on Friday October 10.

Stephanie (pictured) who grew up in Peel, is very excited about the prospect of doing some work over here.

She says, by learning not to take things too seriously, everyone has the power to improve their lives:
