Sea gull problem won't go away

Please don’t feed the gulls in Peel!

That’s the message from commissioners who say the birds are becoming aggressive after learning to associate humans with food.

At the weekend, attempts to scare off gulls using a peregrine falcon backfired when the birds mobbed it and drove it away.

But Jackie O’Halloran of Peel Commissioners says the real problem is people encouraging the gulls by giving them food (audio file attached):
