If you're concerned about your child's weight - or the family's eating habits - help is at hand on a course starting in the Island next week.
The Mind-Active Nutrition Programme is all about maintaining a healthy weight - rather than dieting.
Over 12 weeks, families will learn how to eat healthily - to monitor portion sizes - and the importance of regular exercise.
Each session is split into two parts - the first hour focusing on nutrition and choosing healthy foods.
Then there's time to sample different forms of exercise - from yoga to line dancing.
Paula Stevenson from Douglas enroled her family on the last course.
She says deciding to make changes as a family has been very positive (audio file attached):
Michelle Clague is Public Health Lifestyle Leader - and helps run the course.
If you're interested in enrolling on the programme, ring Michelle on 642668.
