Plans to de-regulate the Isle of Man's taxi trade could move a step nearer after today (Monday).
It’s the final day to submit your views about proposals to open up the trade, ahead of a Tynwald debate in December to consider.
A consultation was launched last month to see what the public think about removing Schedule two of the Road Transport Act 2001 which would allow more people to apply for taxi licences.
Many drivers believe delimiting the number of cabs would destroy their livelihoods and fear their business would be poached by part-time drivers working weekends.
