Repairs to Steam Packet vessel

by isleofman.com 15th September 2008
The Steam Packet Company fast craft Viking (pictured) has made an unscheduled trip to Belfast for repairs in dry dock.

The 'Trim Tab' - a stabilising fin which keeps the ships bow in the water - was damaged during a crossing last week.

Sailings to and from Liverpool are unaffected as the Steam Packet had already planned on switching to the Snaefell for Autumn sailings.
