Bermuda’s failed challenge over a Manx satellite network cost the government there more than ?353,000.
Terry Lister, Minister of Energy, Telecommunications and E-Commerce, told the Bermudan House of Assembly about the case on Friday.
Bermuda took action against regulator Ofcom, with the Isle of Man and space company ManSat taking part as interested parties.
The argument was over interference with frequencies allocated to Bermuda and the High Court ruled against Bermuda last month.
But the Manx government won’t have to pay for the case as Bermuda was held liable for its costs and those of Ofcom.
Mr Lister said no further action is planned by the island.
