Higgins unhappy at Points Deduction

by isleofman.com 17th September 2008
Manx Rally driver Mark Higgins says there is more to the British Rally Championship row than the decision to dock his Atlas TEG Sport team points after a rules infringement at the last round in Ulster.

TEG were penalised after it was discovered Phillip Morrow's co-driver Gordon Noble wasn't registered for the series.

TEG signed Morrow for his home event after he was sacked by Mitsubishi.

The organisers decision has led to TEG, Team TQ.com managed by Mark's brother David and Revolution Wheels withdrawing from this season's team championship.....which leaves just Mitsubishi in the race for the title.

Mark Higgins says there is a feeling the authorities favour the factory Mitsubishi team in big decisions:-
