Death of Will Costain

<BR>A well-known Manxman has died at the age of 70.<BR><BR>Will Costain, who passed away on Monday, maintained a strong interest in public life, agriculture and civic life.<BR><BR>A former Arbory Commissioner, he farmed at Ballachrink in Colby, where his family had worked the land for generations.<BR><BR>He leaves wife Hilary, sons Juan, Richard and Matthew, a daughter Jennie and family.<BR>
