Environment Minister John Shimmin says there’s no excuse for fly-tipping, after a series of incidents.
Last week, police started investigating after two lots of builders' rubble were dumped near plantations in the west of the Island.
Mr Shimmin is condemning those behind the tipping, but says people may not realise they don’t have to pay the commercial rate of ?100 a tonne when disposing of rubble (audio file attached):
