by isleofman.com 6th October 2008
Two children and a 20 year-old woman had to be rescued by the coastguard yesterday evening.

The incident happened on rocks below Sea Cliff Road on Onchan Head at around 7.30pm.

A coastguard team who were on patrol were called in to rescue the three, using safety lines to traverse the cliffs.

One of the children, a nine year old girl, was taken to hospital with a leg injury.
