Dog walking - let's overturn by-laws

A Douglas MHK is hoping Tynwald will overturn new by-laws stopping people from walking their dogs in public places in the Island's capital.

Brenda Cannell will be asking the court to revoke the rules in next week's sitting.

She says many people can't exercise their pets properly because they can't get to the dog walking area in Nobles Park.

She says a lot of people are against the rules (audio file attached):
