The Island’s Crimestoppers charity is one of the top 10 in the British Isles.
New statistics show the phone lines, which let people tip off police anonymously, received almost 200 good quality calls last year.
Out of 39 regional Crimestoppers boards across the British Isles, that places us eighth.
