G.B. Coach Praises Manx Cyclists

Tribute was paid to Manx cyclists Jonny Bellis and Mark Cavendish at the Villa Marina last night.

Both received a glass trophy from Chief Minister Tony Brown to recognise their involvement in the Beijing Olympics.

Cav was also given an award to honour his historic four stage victories at the Tour de France.

Great Britain Men's Endurance coach Rod Ellingworth was a guest at the gathering, and was impressed by the Island's attitude to cycling:-
