The Department of Health and Social Security has appointed Julia Kaye as its Director of Human Resource Management.
The DHSS says she will bring a new perspective to the strategic role.
Ms Kaye began her career in retail management, before moving to the MEA for 10 years.
In 1999 she joined the Isle of Man Government and, in 2003, took up the role of HRM Support Manager, at the DHSS.
